Your Business and User Account
You may only create and hold one Business and User account on the Site for your use and must register using a valid paypal account or credit card for a Business account. You agree to hold harmless and indemnify thecashblast.com and Choate Enterprises for any violation and affirm, represent, and warrant that i) you own, or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize thecashblast.com to use your User Submissions in the manner contemplated by these Terms, and to grant the rights and license set forth above, and ii) our use of such User Submissions, and our exercise of the license rights set forth above, do not and will not: infringe, violate, or misappropriate any third party right, including any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, moral right, privacy right, right of publicity, or any other intellectual property or proprietary right; slander, defame, libel, or invade the right of privacy, publicity or other property rights of any other person; or violate any applicable law or regulation iii) the cash referral does not violate any local, state, federal laws, rules, or regulations.
The business will be charged for any cash referrals at the expiration date of the coupon/deal, when the marketing budget is used that no more referrals can be paid, or when the limit of coupons has been met, whichever is earlier. The user will be paid their cash rewards obtained only after a qualifying event of the expiration of the coupon and their cash reward accounts exceeds $35.00. The payments to the user will only occur on the first (1st) or the fifteenth (15th) of the month after the qualifying event. In addition, the user will be their cash reward account balance after two months of inactivity of no cash rewards credited to their account. This payment will also be paid on the first (1st) or fifteenth (15th) after the two months of inactivity has occurred.

Choice of Law
Thecashblast.com and you specifically disclaim the application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods as that Convention may be incorporated into applicable law.
